Experience Description
I was as a single mom with severe vertigo, anxiety, and PTSD. I was suffering from three panic attacks a day. My quality of life was almost nonexistent.
My experience completely changed my life. I found surrender and peace; and I let go. I felt expansive, connected, and whole. I did not want to come back, but I had a very clear vision of my daughter begging me to return. That is the only reason for me coming back because my daughter needed me.
Since then, I have channeled many messages from the place I visited. I remember very specific messages I needed to share from there. I am writing a book to document what I learned.

More consciousness and alertness than normal, I was expanded and whole. I was also the observer.
At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?
When I fully let go just after I genuinely thought I was going to die.
Were your thoughts speeded up?

Did time seem to speed up or slow down?
Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning, Time slowed and lost its meaning. Time on earth was an illusion.

Incredibly more vivid

It was more a feeling; I felt at total peace after 20 solid years of pain and worry.

I was not aware of hearing during the experience, but I did hear the nurse call my next of kin just before the experience started.

Uncertain, It was more like I expanded higher out of my body and came to a door.

Yes, My brother, who was alive at the time but has now passed on.

A light clearly of mystical or other-worldly origin

Yes, Everything was brighter, and there was white light all over.
Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?
A clearly mystical or unearthly realm, It was a land with wonderful big trees and temples for me to experience and learn in.

I witnessed myself before this life, creating all the specific experiences I needed, calling them in. I also reviewed and processed my childhood trauma.

I came to a definite conscious decision to return to life, I had a very clear vision of my seven-year-old daughter asking me to come back, even though I didn't want to.

Other faiths- New age, I have traveled the world and studied many faiths. Shaman and spiritual are the religions I relate with most.
Have your religious practices changed since your experience?
Yes, I am more spiritual and go to church every week now.

Did your experience include features consistent with your earthly beliefs?
Content that was both consistent and not consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience, I was riddled with fears and anxiety. I was tightened up like a coil and was shown how to untether myself.
Did you have a change in your values and beliefs because of your experience?
Yes, I value my time more. I quit my high-paying, super stressful job and changed my life completely in every way possible.
Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice?
I encountered a definite being, or a voice clearly of mystical or unearthly origin, It was my brother's voice, but I didn't realize it at the time. He was alive then; he died in 2023, but now I am able to go back and recognize him as my guide when I was there.

Yes, That it does exist and that it is the reason for us being here.

During your experience, did you gain special knowledge or information about your purpose?
Yes, I was awakened and aware of much more than I thought was possible.

Yes, To learn, to evolve, to practice, and to awaken.
During your experience, did you gain information about an afterlife?
Yes, I was told very clearly that life is a type of simulation and the truth is much bigger. I was taught all about it.

Yes, That it is all an illusion and the trick is to wake up to it and become the neutral observer.

Yes, It's who we are at our core and we are infinitely loved.
Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?
Yes, My relationship with my daughter is 100% better. She was and is the most important person in the world to me. Prior, I was unable to be present for her because I was riddled with so much anxiety. She was about seven at the time.

The part where I saw myself plan this life. The people who were the meanest to me on earth were actually my friends and allies.

Experience was definitely real, It was very vivid and completely changed my life.
